Where is Pine & Bloom located?
Pine & Bloom is located in the heart of Old Colorado City in Colorado Springs. Exact arrival and access instructions are provided after booking.
Is the studio accessible?
The studio is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. Unfortunately, there is no elevator or ramp access.
How early can I arrive?
Your rental includes access 10 minutes before your scheduled start time for setup and 10 minutes after for resetting the studio.
Can I move the furniture?
Yes! Most furniture and props can be moved to fit your session. We just ask that everything be returned to its original location before you leave.
Are seasonal sets included?
Yes. Any seasonal setups available in the studio during your rental date are included with your rental.
Is the studio private during my rental?
Yes. The studio is reserved for you during your booked rental time.
Do I need to clean afterwards?
You don’t need to deep clean, but the studio should be left as you found it. Return furniture and props, remove anything you brought in, and clean up any messes from your session.
How do I get into the studio?
You’ll receive building access instructions and your unique studio door code with your booking information. Your code will only work during your designated access window.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking information and arrival instructions will be included in your Rental Guide after booking.
